Na visas lo anni US consulate vadu cancelled without prejudice ani stamp vesi kotha visa page lo  pasted mari. Na new passport appudu adigi mari tesukunnadu old di kuda and they have to cancel prev one.

Visa page untundi but it will have stamp it is cancelled. India lo stamping i dont know but 3rd country stamping lo def they will put that stamp on old visa.

Before last time when my f1 visa changed to h1 port of entry daggara f1 expired stamp visa meeda oka diagonal line geesadu pen tho  appudu artam kale why he draw diagonal line on my expired f1 visa ani but google cheste cancel without prejudice code ani undi

It's upto u man they do ask at the counter at least in 3rd country stamping. Adigi mari tesukoni  mexico lo gave me back with DS160 and new pp. Last 2 yrs lo 2 times vella stamping ki naku eppudu stamp vesaru cancelled iwthout prejudice. Canada lo kuda vesaru f1 to h1 stamping ki

Asalu patha expire ayina f1 visa meeda pen tho enduku line geesadu ani chuste online lo rasi undi that means cancel without prejudice ani. So stamp e eyanavasaram ledu they can strike a line with pen on old expired visa stamp in PP. But some Immigration officers do not do anything and just leave expired visa stamps as it is.

POE mundu at visa counter for stamping aey during interview  adugutaru and stamp chestaru is what i am telling. Visa vachaka passport ichaka  kada man POE ki velledi? Anyways Lite may be my experience is different from yours.
