little elm is the worst place in DFW, check zillow how many homes are for sale

if one has to live for long time in DFW, they gotto plan for something central to entire DFW, frisco, mckinney, prosper, little elm dont fit into this

southlake is the best, coppell, flower mound are second choice

I don't think Frisco is that bad. I agree about Irving. Frisco is way better than you portrayed. It's ranks in top 5 places to live in US. Little elm lo konolu they can't afford prices of Frisco. It's developing for sure.. connectivity is also improving.
