Reach out to a lawyer man. Donot pay anything or talk to any insurance agents. Let lawyer talk to them. Lawyer intha % choppuna istha ani hire chesukovachu

Usually mee insurance will assign an attorney and they will take care if they claim your insurance beyond the limits.I had similar incident where my friend took the van and jumped signal and hit a truck and the truk driver sued us for $100k and hospital bill but insurance handled everything.
