user789 Posted April 25, 2019 Report Posted April 25, 2019 If someone on Indian passp0rt gets citizenship from Aus/Ireland and that person comes to USA- Would he be considered as non indian citizen for GC Quota. Isn't place of birth that matters & he w0uld still be in EB2/Ind1a GC Qu0ta ? Quote

tacobell fan Posted April 25, 2019 Report Posted April 25, 2019 GC is based on country you are born. But you can get E2 Visa as a citizen of Aus and can get 5 year extensions if you invest $100k. Which IMO is a good deal. Quote

Deadp0ol2 Posted April 25, 2019 Report Posted April 25, 2019 I don't think Aus citizens are eligible to apply for GCs edo clause undi They can only get 5 year extensions something like that Quote
