first time every wax is going to be painful.. so, go with one body part at a time.. but second time onwards if you maintain regularly, you can go whole body.. sugaring is cleaner and less painful than waxing.. breathing is most important.. just concentrate on it.. your esthetician will help you with it.. if not, change the person..
