Yes they should have maintained it in a better way seeing such incident for the first time AFAIK..

race weekend varaku they close it for normal traffic otherwise its a regular road.

Seen other tracks also which also act as street circuits but such act is very surprising since its a very dangerous/risky stuff to leave it as such...
