I am going to sell 2 bedroom 1200sq ft, 10 year old apartment in serilingampally...ground floor has ICICI bank and the flat is on 4 th floor

3 BR investment ki waste rent ki povu tondaraga. 2 BR rent ki fast ga potay.  Buy in suburbs which has metro stations.

IT areas lo konadam worst because they increased rates like anything. Hard earned job chesina money tho adi konalante chala tough. Choose suburbs like metro routes unnavi LB nagar Uppal atu side.  2 BHK 1100-1200 sq.ft chudu with car parking around 42 Lakhs ala avutundi.
