This is pure negligence and matter of profit issues here 

What's the matter is, thakkuva bid ki apply cheyyi and take money from the money generated antunaru 

Re-valuation fees mingadaniki Bali danalu cheyincharu literal ga... And the govt comments are none and worst in this matter bra..
