Duration 3 years ani ichada or dates tho ichada letter.

SOW renew ayitadi kada so client can show previous extension history too. How come they consider current sow end date when it has been renewed and it will be renewed again.

asal client gaadi daggariki enduku poindi ee gola. Usual ga USCIS calls up the general council or some higher up of the client to verify the letter. Normally, USCIS doesn't call managers who signed the client letters, since they want to catch managers who sign pake letters.

Instead of paying $500K fine, the client can take this case to the court, and can win. The chance of client's winning is 70%, since there is no deception involved. This whole thing appears pake to me

Say you have setup a company, you are client. You are getting outsourced employees to your company, you sign agreemtn of sow as 1 year but you give client letter as 3 years uscis vachi ninnu adigithy na istam antava really? nice. Good luck with that.

Avnu naa ishtam ane antanu sow 1 yr every 1 yr renew cheskuntam and my scope of work 3 yrs asalu uscis is man they cannot question client antuna 1 yr kaadhu 100 istha adhi naa estimation and uscis ni asalu adugupettaku ofc lo i wont even answer u r question anna client uscis vaadu em peekaledu

Client letter lo clear ga untadi we are not responsible for consultant pay or hire anything and it is respinsibility of employer ani untadi.
