Just get rid of those expensive contracts which do not create any new jobs. Heard lot of stories about how one particular caste contractors in Vijayawada looted all Govt departments.

Jagan will fix all this mess and implement the following schemes:

1) 3000 per month pensions and decrease eligibility from 65 to 60 years

2) 1500 per month to all parents sending kids to school

3) 12500 per month for farmers per year 

4) Loan waiver to DWACRA women

it was promised at that time but was never in the manifesto. meaning, it wont be implemented even if YCP comes to power and if there is money. They may however do it before next elections if they have money.
