If it's just for browsing and personal use, go for mac bro - 300-400 ekkuva vuntundhi, but life time maathtam super ga vuntundhi and u don't need to worry much abt virus/patch updates.

 

If u want to install some softwares and learn something,  it's  a different story though...

mac asalu barbarous saar, ofc lo 15 inch icharu latest. high end config. pichekisthundi. ofc lo motham cloud using. it is very compatable with related softwares.
