Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has purportedly appeared in a propaganda video released by the Islamic State group, speaking about a recent battle and the attacks in Sri Lanka. Al-Baghdadi was injured in a 2015 airstrike and believed to have been in poor health prior to this video.
