Even a 150sq yd house is now 70+ lakhs because banks have been very liberal to grant loans.

Suppose if India lo recession vaste, US lo laga jobs poyi road meedhiki vastaru and loans teesukonna valla paristithi Assam (going to AP)

Whats are the other investments to stay safe.

Gold, Stocks, Mutual funds, etc...
