I thought so because it is letting me change the location when I use Reschedule option.

But Quora lo evado once scheduled you can only change the date, not the location annadu anduke doubt vachindi.

So interview Chennai lo ayina Passport Hyderabad lo collect chesukovacha?

You can have OFC(Hyderabad), Interview(Chennai), Document collection(Hyderbad) at different locations.
