Still you can.. high carbohydrates.... even thought u r not eating oils, and fatty stuff  still lever can  will produce fat  by consuming carbohydrates..  indians consume alot of carbohydrates.... fatty liver is not good.... most people will have ,but crossing certain limit will stop liver functioning .. which is dangerous...

My roommate in masters had put on a lot of weight within a short duration. He was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver. He cut down on coke and sugar. Lost lot of weight within 6 months and was normal again. Check your diet.
