I think he is referring to someone who lost their life in Lynnfield, MA past weekend. 

One of my relatives mentioned that he is distantly related to them and asked if I could go there. I was not in town and could not attend. 

Naaku telisina matter aithe : 42 year old, 2 small kids (girls anukunta) - taking kid to weekend math class at russian school, felt uncomfortable stopped at a drugstore to buy OTC, coughed heavily and collapsed in the store itself. He was pronounced dead there itself. 

OP may be referring to something very different, but this is what I know.
