She is too picky. That's why she may not marry an IT bloke or an auditor or a school teacher.

However, hot McKinsey consultants, Goldman Sachs IBs, Brain surgeons, etc, have rejected her in their own ways. Basically, people with lots of $$ potential will find a trophy wife elsewhere. 

Some 50lb overweight McKinsey consultant shows some interest, she declined him.

This is the American conundrum of Luxury Car Sales: if you wear a nice suit, you can visit a lamborghini or bently dealership and even test drive it, even though you may not afford it. However, this gives you the illusion of access to luxury cars. In the end, luxury cars don't want you as owners, since you can't afford them. However, you are free to test ride them.

In this case, luxury cars = hot guys with huge money potential. Usually,  hot guys working for PE (black stone, KKR) , IB(GS/JPM), top tier VC, McK/BCG/Bain, or cardiac pediatric surgeons, or brain surgeons, etc. 

Nice suit = Harvard BA, journalism profession, a master BS artist, which every journalist out there is.
