For that price 2016 model is good. That too for Honda Accord not Civic .

2015 model probably manufactured in October 2014 and might be around 18,000 original cost. Depreciation is around 10,000$ , so 8500$ is good price.

car problem lekunda with min maintance charges tho ayithe 5 yts vasthe adi neeku labaham

 

first car konna 5 k ki you need to change tires.... civi ki manchi tires $600 ayithadi avag cost

so u will be lossing more than worth it
