Yes and DB is primarily a negative addiction. During the last week I have realized people come here to vent out the negative stuff mainly. Or somehow kill time in silly talk to distract themselves from something negative. It's a vicious cycle and am pretty sure not healthy

Vicious cycle, yes.. but healthy or not it depends on what the person is going through right now.. sometimes distraction is better than suffering alone (again, one should be aware of do's and don'ts here)
