nenu DS-160 application April 10th na start chesanu (it is in draft mode and I saved my cahnges) haven't submitted it yet..but my visa date is in June..will the same application number be active even if I try to submit my ds-160 form starting of june?

Yes it will be active. But you have to login and make sure it is not getting expired like every week. You can make small updates and it will not be expired. You can submit one day before your appointment also if you want

ok..so simply have to open it and make some modifications and save it back then..
