Met a girl for an arranged marriage. Spoke to her for 6 months before marriage. Went to India; finally happily married. The new coupled moved to Amurica. After a week, gunta told him "thank you for marrying me, now I am going to my bf in some state X". This guy got depressed for some time, then married his uncle's daughter (maybe, he declined to marry this chick earlier). ivi Mucchatlu. This story is like 'Tamil Sekhar Story' told by @LastManStanding Another story: Guy is born in USA, punjabi khatri. Not in a great shape, don't have a decent job. But his dad has two homes in Orange County, CA. And his dad gets a fat pension from Calpers. Anyway, this guy and his parents went to Punjab to shop for a bride. Some relatives there found a bride. Finally, gunta came on some K1/K2 visa. Married him and got a conditional green card. This guy's sister started noticing some odd behavior from this new bride: esp closing browser windows, chat programs, when someone walks by. Eventually, it was found that this girl was chatting with another guy. This led to some kind of fight. So, the girl left to stay with her chat bf. In the mean time, guy wrote a letter to USCIS that the girl got the conditional gc through cheating. The girl went to see some psychologist and told him about all the harassment and stress. Our dear therapist, like the one who accused Judge Kavanaugh, created six months record of her trauma. Eventually, she got permanent green card based on the domestic abuse waiver. (BTW, you can 'buy' a Psy.D degree from Cland, cville type schools, to become a therapist.) Yet another story, heard from a gujju friend: here, the girl imports a groom from Gujarat. Gets his green card, runs away after that. If you run a business, you won't hear about many good reviews, just all of bad reviews. Maybe, there are lots of successful marriages, based on extended warranties secured by kids. Domestic abusive waiver aa? Girls ke na boys ki kuda untadha idhi? Quote

Have lots of independent evidence. Just don't write to USCIS a 10 page letter, since every one of us can write such letters. Instead do this: - call c0ps for domestic violence. Get the police report - See a shrink (not a medical doctor). Usually, these shrinks are dime a dozen, they usually 'buy' a degree Psy.D from schools like Cville, Cland. See that shrink every other week, pay him/her a good amount of money. She/he will recount the horrors of your abuse. Keep these records. (In this business, there are three kinds: counsellors, D.Psy shrinks, M.Ds--so, pick the second variety) - Upon shrink's recommendation, see an M.D, and describe panic attacks, lack of breath. Get zanny bars (xanax, prozac, zoloft, etc). Don't use these pills, just for evidence - Get notarized affidavits from your friends--saying that "I, Nisha/Nishant, picked up my friend Misha/Mishant from her/his home, as they were fighting, blah blah). Send all these with the application to remove conditions (and hire an attorney to fill the app, and add all legalese). The above game works only when you have a condiitonal gc. 1 Quote
