There is ministry called as Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and an agency Press Information Bureau. 

The function of this agency is to capture the information by PMO and other official government sources as well videos, images and distribute it to the media. 

The click which you criticized, is not published by the BJP or Modi, but by the official sources whose job is to do such thing. 

No, not since 2014 but since the very first Prime Minister took office, Such thing is a customary and duty.
