Oh downpayment will change closing cost a i didnt know this 350k home 20% down annanu so 280k loan ki 2500$ and its a 2 yr old house quick question area and county ela influence chesthay closing cost ? And inspection is part of closing cost?

so paying 20% doesnt benefit the bank so they charge more in closing cost ?
