1. No , End game is better , at least we have some satisfaction now. Infinity war felt like a job unfinished.

2  Black Panther was dusted if you remember so it makes sense that he would only appear at the end , this movie was more of a tribute to Avengers who are leaving MCU like Iron man , Captain America etc so they had more screen time obviously

3 They were trying to return the stones back , they did not think about doing a second snap , besides Doctor would have already seen that possibility where Spidey may not be able to snap or someone would take it from him , remember 1 in 14 million possibilities, so it had to happen that way
