I am lucky compared to most of the folks then. My wife never complains about savings or gifts. Only complaint is that I don’t talk to their parents closely or I don’t treat their parents like my parents. But again I have n number of reasons why I don’t do that and she knows that too but she still thinks that I should forget everything. I am trying my best but something happens again and my relation with my in laws is like 1 step forward and 4 steps backwards but only my wife knows how I feel and I never show any of this to my in laws.

Bro not sure if you are married or not, for every suggestion in the argument it will lead to another argument!! Just anthega Anthega life ....we just listen and ignore nothign we can do. well, they always compare to others - no matter hw much u earn or save. Ask her very NICELY (don't reveal ur actual intention at any cost) to do some financial course and get the job in a dept whatever she likes, then she will come to reality .
