B2 parents visa extension infomation please urgent

ma in laws ki visa extend cheyali, only 25 days left, is it ok to extend now? what is current status, thanks, 

what is the good reason we can give, we have 3 months baby and difficult to manage, ma parents ki health baledu so they unable to come 

and first kid is going to school so sending back to india is last option.

Any good lawyer to suggest

One or weeks unnapudu extension file cheyandi...say we are having a  big family event in next 2 months. So extending the visa.

You have to apply for extension before 45 days... i dont think you can do it now.
