Hi I'm new to this forum . I'm first time home buyer and looking to buy home in Chicago area . Does anyone bought home in Ashwood Park by Pulte ? How is the community ? How much negotiation we can do ? How are the schools ?

Thanks for replies .  Schools are :

 School-aged children will attend Fry Elementary, Scullen Middle School and Waubonsie Valley High School.

Any input on negotiation and schools above listed? I'm directly dealing with pulte without any realtor.

Go with the realtor. He will negotiate good and gives some commission back.
