mestri tho issue

guys ma collegue kosam asking, vadu north indian.  ledu idi nake anukunna no problem but pls suggest

ma vadiki valla employer to chala issues unnai, so vadu employer maari same job lo continue avdam ani thinking. but non-compete sign chesadu. andulo kinda part undi. 

he is working for more than a year. vendor is also ok with this. Does this mean this agreement is no longer valid and he can change his mestri ? vadu one week nunchi full bp, poyela unnadu papam.

CONSULTANT agrees that this Agreement shall be in effect to a period of One (1) year comencing on the date mentioned above.

First ask him to find a new mestri.. then file hokati transfer approve iyyaka tell his mestri that he got a fte with someone else if there are no one at his location from mestri side...

there are others also from his employer at our location. vadu legal ga eldam ani chustunnadu. 

paina unna daani prakaram, 1 yr e valid undi anukuntunnava ?

ya vendor, client join avvakudadu ani undi and also lot of stuff which will usually be there but starting lo Term ani undi which says it is in effect upto 1 year ani. anduke asking ikkada.

yeah start date e undi and 1 year already daatindi. 

vadiki pay chala takkuva istunnadu, 1 yr tarvata % annadu but ippudu I will not increase pay, kotta job chusko with better billing appudu ista antunnadu anta. billing kuda takkuva cheptunnadu adigite.
