ya but to be on safer side legal ga kuda eldam anukuntnadu. if agreement is not valid anymore, he wants to move. if not, mostly move avvadu inka ide job ki.

he is working for more than a year. vendor is also ok with this. Does this mean this agreement is no longer valid and he can change his mestri ? vadu one week nunchi full bp, poyela unnadu papam.

Looks like 1 year is from start date. If he is working for more than a year, this agreement is not valid anymore anukunta.

Every one do this, this is not some thing new. agreement lo 100 rastaru, aa employer gadu ekkado oka chata dorika untadu proof tho email check chesukomanu. like if he ran pay roll from day 1 of his employement start date etc..But if prime vendor ask No Objection email then manam em cheiyalem

prime vendor is good with this change, vadu asala direct ga vadike join avvamantunnadu. 

team lo inka unnaru vadi consultancy nunchi, vallani employer ki cheppodu ani beg cheyyali inka veedu. 

eeh1 ki dabbulu adagatam veedu call record chesadu anta but hindi lo matladukunnaru. danito bedirinchacha ?
