Anni chesthe GC vasthadhi..but Day1 cpt colleges also giving PHD these days. You wait and see how many Indians will have phds from Dakota universities. It is tough to have a decent publication record esp if you are not in actual sciences. Engg departments in top 5 show box office cinema to students.

Not true man, my PhD is in Engineering and I have over 800 citations. Like I said, it's all relative. In fact most people have that many or more if you work in a decent lab.
