Post doc chesi university lo professors gaa unna vallaki kuda antha easy kaadu phd route.. should be top in your field and papers must be approved by top orgs in your field. 

Only easy route is L1 visa and then eb1

Ma MS classmate okadu last 9 years nundi DC area lo oka small IT vendor company(less than 100 employees) for government  ki panichestu last year manager ayadu.Now they opened a small office in canada and sent him over there for his GC.Lucky fellow.Meanwhile most of my other classmates including me FT job ani pedda companies ani still stuck in EB2
