Suggestion please EB1C

Guys please suggest what can I do in the below scenario..

nenu oka pedda company lo join aiya recently naku inko job vachindi machi pay so H1 transfer apply chesa and it got approved.. recently join aiya kabbati I told my manager last week that naku vere job vachandi who will be sponsoring my GC in eb1 after sending me to different company ani... 

He came back today and said that we can also send you to India and make you manager and you can stay there for 1 year and come back and then we will apply for eb1 ani.,.. is it risky or ok to go back to india for 1 year..

concerns: I own home here, Im in my 7th year of H1.. what happens to my H1 if I go back .. if my L1 gets rejected.. can I apply for h1 outside of cap?

Why India, ask for other location Canada or UK.. To be eligible for EB1, you should work outside of USA in a different country as a manager for 1 year. It does not mean you have to work in India.
