Palo Alto is a good neighborhood. Rent will be between 3000-4000. House konadam is very expensive, recent ga oka 1 BHK, 1000 sqft, 7 million ki ammaru, it is difficult to buy houses unless you spend a lot, not sure the real estate will grow in the long run, may not be a good idea in the long run.

This house I am talking about is on Alma Street in downtown PA. My guess is they will convert it into office space/commercial building.

bay area lo location?  palo Alto, Sunnyvale,San jose, Milipitas or Fremont ?

Fremont lo Townhome or Condo or apartment aite apx 600K. Single family home aite 1M minimum. 

Mountain house- single family home apx 650K.
