New footage undermines officer's account of Sandra Bland's arrest

Nearly four years after Bland was found dead in a jail cell following her arrest during a traffic stop in Texas, a cell phone video of the incident has surfaced. In the new clip, state trooper Brian Encinia draws his Taser after ordering Bland out of the vehicle, telling her, "I will light you up!" Bland's family have now asked for the investigation to be reopened.
