Rhode Island school district will stop serving hot lunches to students who owe lunch money

The Warwick Public School district said it will serve cold sandwiches instead of hot meals to students whose families owe lunch money, saying that it "can't afford to absorb debts." The controversial decision has shed light on the state of meals in the country's public school system.
