employer tho problem payroll issue

Guys please help me if you can'

Nenu oka chinna company tho chaala years unna almost 7-8 years and I have approved I140.

naa employer gaadu  naaku payroll sariga run cheyatledu even though I'm on project  and nenu enduku run cheyatledu  ani adigite "nenu company run cheyyalekapotunna transfer to another company n I'm ok with it ani annadu"  .. This happened in Feb 1st week anukunta and as per our verbal agreement he said I can move to any employer anytime annadu. So nenu koncham better employer ni chusukoni  I told my middle vendor(desi) the same and he said I need a letter from your employer that he is ok with it ani annadu. Nenu maa employer ki oka sample letter pampincha in march 2nd week(March 12th to be appropriate) and I put in end date as february (I get pay check on March 1st for  Jan working hours)...maa employer gaadu vaadiki prob ayitadi so he changed it to March 15th on the letter and he sent it to me. But naaku verbal ga nuvu early ga vellina prob ledu annadu.

So I initiated a h1 transfer to new employer (transfer ki query padindi) and  naa employer gaadu payments ivvatledu he says he needs all the payments until March and then he will clear the payments antunnadu.. He already owes me around 20k (until January) but still says he will only give me the 20k + the payments until March only after he gets payments from the middle vendor.  Middlevendor gaadu already payments new employer ki pampadam kuda started for Feb hours. Now my old employer stopped answering calls. Ippudu em cheyyaali? 

what are my options?  please help

Edmundo talk to a lawyer and send legal notice .... he will give without question as any how you r transferring

But naaku continuous payroll run cheyaledu..one month 100 hours run chesthe inkoka month 36 hours ..1month no payroll 1month 80hours.

Also on top of it oka paycheck lo advance ani 5k deduct chesaadu n he said this was by mistake. He never paid advance. 

Lawyer notice ivanni work out ayitaya? Or manake band padtada?

Instead of making it ugly kill it with kindness. Give it some time. You cannot blame him because it’s your mistake to let it pile up until 20k. If he is not giving on time ani telisinappudu you encouraged him to keep by not leaving the company. Practically speaking he already admitted he is unable to run company, so he will close the company sooner or later and he cannot escape.

Bro pile up antay vendor nunchi payments raavadaniki time padtadi kada... he said he will pay me after receiving the paymebts from vendor. After receiving the payments Ippudu inkedo cheptunnadu

2) another email lo your employer and HR, vendor and client manager ni cc lo petti payments due ani cheppu.

3) still no response complete 1)step.
