The hearing today in front of Judge Collyer seem to have gone very well in our favor. It is extremely encouraging. 
USCIS was primarily questioned by the judge on: 
1. Why more than 30 days for decision?
2. Why results are different especially from 2018 when rules didn’t change?
3. Why extra requirement to prove Employer employees relationship? 
4. Why Random duration for approval? 

USCIS council was not able to argue to Judge’s satisfaction. 
She said to him that, “It is decidedly a GAME!” 

Thanks for those who attended the hearing. It definitely made the difference!

We are consciously optimistic for the ruling in our favor.

Yes. They are fighting but NOT for us. They are fighting for H1. But that's it. They want to make H1's easy as it is good for their business.

But at the same time, they are also fighting AGAINST EAD for 140 approved and H4 EAD and faster GC for H1's. They are the main reason why those EAD dates went back.
