The Food and Drug Administration had accused the world’s biggest retailer of illegally selling the products to minors. Walmart, which is discontinuing sales of fruit and dessert-flavored e-cigarettes popular of teens, said it would also step up enforcement of age requirements around tobacco. • Here’s what people are saying.
