An apartment is a property management company with accounting, audits and standards. They do not show the place until it is vacated and professionally deep cleaned!! They do not charge anything excess and they have maintenance staff to take care of everything. It is more organized and structured.

Go for the apartment - even if it is more expensive - you’ll be happy.
