planning to decide...we are family (no kids)

which place would be better to settle down?

Boston suburbs (closer to framingham) vs arlingon area in Virginia...

Virginia is very expensive in Arlington area..

 

Framingham very few apartments..expensive too..but very nice place to live... Only downside..lot of traffic..but very safe.
