Diana Posted May 10, 2019 Report Posted May 10, 2019 అహం..ఆ విమాన ప్రమాదానికి కారణం! దిల్లీ: 2017 సెప్టెంబరులో ఎయిర్ ఇండియా ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ ఫ్లైట్ IX 452 ప్రమాదానికి గురైన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ ఘటనలో ముగ్గురు ప్రయాణికులకు తీవ్ర గాయాలయ్యాయి. విమానం ముందు భాగం పెద్ద ఎత్తున ధ్వంసమైంది. అయితే దీనికి కారణం వాతావరణ పరిస్థితులే అని అప్పట్లో విచారణ కమిటీ తేల్చింది. కానీ అసలు కారణం అది కాదట. విమానంలోని సీనియర్ పైలట్కు ఉన్న అహం వల్లే ఈ ప్రమాదం జరిగిందని తాజా విచారణలో వెల్లడైంది. వయసులో తనకన్నా 30 ఏళ్లు చిన్న అయిన సహ పైలట్ సూచనలు పాటించకపోవడం వల్లే అనేక మంది ప్రాణాలు ప్రమాదంలో చిక్కుకున్నాయని తేలింది. అదృష్టవశాత్తూ ఎలాంటి ప్రాణనష్టం సంభవించనప్పటికీ..పైలట్ల మధ్య సమన్వయం లేకపోతే ఎలాంటి పరిణామాలకు దారి తీస్తుందో ఈ ఘటన రుజువు చేస్తోంది. వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే.. 2017, సెప్టెంబరు 17న ఎయిరిండియా ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ ఫ్లైట్ అబుదాబి నుంచి కొచ్చికి బయలుదేరింది. విమానాశ్రయంలో ల్యాండ్ అయ్యే సమయానికి కొచ్చిలో భారీ వర్షం కురుస్తోంది. దీంతో పైలట్లకు రన్వేపై గుర్తులు కనిపించలేదు. ఆ సమయంలో మహిళా కోపైలట్ కమాండింగ్ పైలట్కి కొన్ని సూచనలు చేశారు. వారివురి మధ్య వయసులో 30ఏళ్ల వ్యత్యాసం ఉంది. వయసు రీత్యా తన కంటే చిన్నదైన కోపైలట్ సలహాల్ని తాను ఎందుకు పాటించాలనుకున్నాడో ఏమో.. ఆమె చెప్పిన ఏ సూచనల్ని ఆయన అనుసరించలేదు. గుర్తులు కనిపించనందున వేగం తగ్గించాలని, విమానాన్ని గైడ్ చేసేందుకు రన్వేపై ఓ వాహనాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసేలా విమానాశ్రయ సిబ్బందికి ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వాలని కోపైలట్ కోరారు. కానీ ఆయన అవెవీ పట్టించుకోలేదు. పైగా రన్వేపై ఉన్న మలుపునకు 90 మీటర్ల ముందే విమానాన్ని పక్కకు మలిపారు. దీంతో అది పక్కనే ఉన్న కాలువలోకి దూసుకెళ్లింది. అనంతరం దాన్ని బయటకు తెచ్చేందుకు త్రాటిల్ను అప్లయ్ చేశారు. కానీ ఆ సమయంలో అది అంత సురక్షితమైన పరిష్కారం కాదని.. త్రాటిల్ వాడొద్దని కోపైలట్ వారించారు. కానీ సీనియర్ అయిన కమాండింగ్ పైలట్ ఆమె మాటల్ని చెవినపెట్టలేదు. పర్యవసానంగా విమానం మరింత లోపలికి దూసుకెళ్లింది. దీంతో విమానం ముందుభాగం భారీ స్థాయిలో దెబ్బతింది. ఈ ఘటనపై లోతైన విచారణ జరిపిన కమిటీ.. డీజీసీఏకు తాజాగా సమర్పించిన నివేదికలో ఈ విషయాలన్నీ పూసగుచ్చింది. ఇలాంటి ఘటనలు పునరావృతం కాకుండా ఉండాలంటే పైలట్ల వయసుల మధ్య భారీ వ్యత్యాసం ఉండకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడాలని ఎయిర్ఇండియా ఎక్స్ప్రెస్కు కమిటీ సూచించింది. పని చేసే ప్రదేశంలో సహచరుల మధ్య సమన్వయం లేకపోతే తలెత్తే పరిణామాలకు ఈ ఘటన ఓ గుణపాఠం.
