Mindfulness meditation includes breath-watch meditation. Also called as anapanasati meditation.

Mindfulness has other meditations like walking meditation e.tc.. But without breath-watch meditation the depth won't come. So, anapanasati (breath-watch) meditation is the best.

I eat meat; hence, I am not a saadhu jeevi. I tried meditation once at a local Zen center here in Cali and it's free. I gave up after a week or so. I used to get sleepy during the sessions. Anyway, "శ్వాస మీద ధ్యాస" game is over for me. However, I am still interested in ఆనంద, if such thing is there. 

Headspace app is also helpful to many people. Even people got 'enlightened' by following that app. However, these folks were not aware of it; instead, they were sent to psychiatry wards in major hospitals. My take on this phenomenon was that these people experienced what Buddhists call 'dark nights'. This state is not stable. So, Buddhists use some tricks.

insight timer app try chesuko.. lot of free stuff dont need subscription.. its on ios as well

Satsang Thread... ok.... konchum busy right now... evening when free we can discuss as to what all topics
