a 2 bedroom town home in milpitas if 800 + because bart is comig . all that area 5 mile radius is selling like hot cake - only draw back is recession other wise no loss no profit

anywhere in bay area...very good chances..

sanjose downtown bhayya . picha growth scope vundi.  milpitas lo kunte pakka appreciation vuntadi. 

fremont oka santha..avoid it unless you are buying in warm springs or mission san jose areas.
