H4EAD->H1->H4 EAD

past lo applied for H4EAd ,kaani last year H1 apply chesam but job raledu, 

so andukani malli h4 ki status maranu ,india lo H4 stamping kuda ayyindi.

now Malli EAD ki apply cheddam anukuntunna,

So I-765 form lo reason for applying place lo 1a, Initial permission to accept employment check cheyyala ?

and  just fresh  H4EAD process ayite saripotunda or inka emina previuos EAD or H1 copies kuda attach cheyyala

It will be fresh application since you changed status in between. Dont attach any h1b or esle you are unnecessarily inviting headaces. Just submit h1 of your spouse.
