Is PWD required for H1B extension (PERM and I140 approved) ? Need help

PERM Date: Nov 2017
I140 approved too.

Na visa Sep 2019 ki end. PWD emo August 2019 ki ostadi according to current wait times.

Yes, my 6th year is ending on Sep 2019. So this is beyond 6th-year extension.

Adi prathi extension ki cheyala ?  Already amendment appudu chesaru PWD in sep 2017

so you need to submit your approved LC for extension of 1 year atleast since you don't have 140 if my assumption is right

again its LC(PERM Labor certification) but not LCA (Labor Condition Application)

LCA is more related to H1b and LC is more related to Green Card

I have my I140 approved in Jul 2018. Anyway got to know from my peers that my attorney does PWD as a mandatory step for all the H1B extensions too. Looks like I have to deal with it.

Adhi pwd kaafu lca . U get this approved in 2 weekd and mandatory for any h1 filing
