Quinoa, wheat.. also reduce beer, wine. Go for Tequila shots. less calories, less Triglycerides.

NO Sugars .. Eat Millets & MEAT   or MEAT& Veggie , olive oil, nuts and avocados.Fatty FISH .

paleo diet  is best for this situation

actual gaa Basmati Glycemic index lo similar to brown rice...khaani fiber content thakkuva anukunta

healthy life style chala important to reduce triglyceride levels. like 8 hrs of sleep, 4-5 days/week cardio or workout needed. screen time especially late hours lo baga taggindam better.

night times ragi sangati, jonna, sajja, quinoa lantivi mana diet lo incorporate chesukovadam better.
