bro ala emi ledhu bayapadaku.....with diabetes ayithe chances are higher for kidney failure..

But like others mentioned above simple carbs thagginchu , konchem unsaturated fats intake penchu and exercise ...This should be good enough..

Okay bro. Naku okasari 200+ undi..appudu cheppadu Doctor cholesterol tagginchu and carbs including fruits tagginchu ani..soon it went to 150 when I followed it
