Amendment Withdrawl

Hi Friends,

My employer had applied for amendment withdrawal on april 12, still didnt get any notice that its done. is there any way we can check online.

Usually how many days it takes for USCIS to send the notice/acknowledgement. I had applied H1 extension and got the receipt. Waiting to do extension  in premium once USCIS send the existing withdrawal acknowledgement.

You don’t have to wait on amendment petition.. you can still go for extension premium and get it approved.

yes...it will take couple of months and  you would see it online...don't need to worry as extension will take preference
