Robinhood lo application issues

Bhayyas , 

                Nenu RobinHood lo account create cheyalekapotunna... Customer support vaadu asking  me to upload Permanent Resident Card. Mail kottanu ela H1 meeda vunnanu ani ..also sent my driving license. reject chesadu.. started a second application with referral and faced the same issue ..Customer service is literally useless .. reiterating the same thing though visa status gurinchi clarity echina.. any ideas on how to proceed further?

nannu eppudu adagaledu permanent resident card just uploaded my DL got approved

yeah GC adagadam eppudu choodaledu.. only DL... ee state needi ?
