same here, i have lands in Tenali. Gajjam 70K undhi bro Tenali down town market area side. 

last year na sister vallu 200 square yards lo 3 floors building 1 crore ki konnarru, kinda shops ki icharru paina anni 2 bed 2 bath 4500 - 5000 rent vasthundhi ante 

1 crore ki 15000 INR vasthunayyi rents.  Tenali yemi Hyd kadhu kada bro IT vallu vachi apts rents ki thissukuntanniki 

Challa apts khalli ga unnayyi
